Your Responsibilities at Hex
- Act as a player-coach for a compact, cross-functional team focused on driving Hex’s growth and monetization strategies through both technical leadership and active coding.
- Develop growth-oriented product features: Design and implement full-stack experiences using tools such as React, Typescript, and Python to create engaging onboarding processes, core functionalities, and billing systems that deliver impressive results.
- Enhance Hex’s backend monetization frameworks to accommodate innovative pricing models and facilitate rapid development as the AI sector evolves.
- Balance experimentation and product intuition: Strategically design, execute, and refine A/B testing across user funnels while relying on product insights and customer feedback when necessary.
- Drive key growth metrics: Collaborate with your team to ensure accountability for vital business indicators such as trial-to-paid conversion rates, user activation levels, expansion revenue, and product-led growth pipelines.
- Engage across the organization: Collaborate intensively with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing teams to uncover opportunities and align on growth strategies. You will have a significant role in strategic discussions.
About You
- You possess over 4 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
