About This Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Employment Investigator to join our Employment Investigations team. Reporting directly to the Director of Employment Investigations, you will lead inquiries into potential legal and policy infractions. Utilizing your expertise in employment law and your strong investigative acumen, you will address sensitive matters with empathy, contributing to a respectful and positive workplace culture.
You will collaborate closely with senior investigators, Legal, and HR Business Partners to ensure that all investigations are conducted with integrity, thoroughness, and respect. This position is perfect for someone with a solid foundation in investigative practices who is eager to enhance their skills in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA, following a hybrid work model of three days in the office each week, with relocation assistance available for new hires.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and conduct comprehensive, impartial, and prompt investigations into employee concerns, including allegations of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, and other policy violations.
Execute investigations rigorously, adhering to best practices and demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate discretion and empathy in all interactions.
Follow protocols for collecting and safeguarding information, documentation, and evidence.
