Role Overview
In the role of Employer Branding Lead, you will take charge of enhancing Pearl's brand presence within talent markets throughout the Philippines. You will design and execute campaigns, forge partnerships, and create experiences that ensure a consistent influx of ambitious, startup-ready talent. This includes media outreach, community collaborations, live events, and influencer partnerships, all aimed at establishing Pearl as the premier choice for high-potential operators eager to advance their careers.
This multifaceted role encompasses elements of marketing, recruitment, and community engagement, placing you at the crossroads of brand prestige and talent pipeline generation. You will be tasked with transforming our core values and the compelling stories of our founders into engaging narratives that attract top-tier talent from around the world.
Your Impact
- Utilize systematic data tracking to optimize qualified lead acquisition processes.
- Expand Pearl’s talent pipeline to secure over 5,000 qualified leads each quarter.
- Enhance Pearl’s reputation through strategic PR initiatives, podcasts, and influencer partnerships, positioning us as the premier destination for startup operators.
- Develop and nurture partnerships with universities, VA academies, and community organizations to establish Pearl as the go-to brand for ambitious remote talent.
- Engage in continuous experimentation to identify effective initiatives and campaigns, determining which to launch, maintain, or discontinue.
Metrics You’ll Be Accountable For
- Monthly Placements: Minimum of 30
- Qualified Talent via Marketing Initiatives: Minimum of 500 per month
