Position Overview:
In a world where mathematics opens doors to countless opportunities, your role as a Math Teacher at Mastery will be pivotal. You will tirelessly nurture a passion for mathematics among your students while honing your own teaching skills. From the first day they step into our classrooms, students will engage with the innovative and open-source Eureka Math Curriculum, designed to cultivate their mathematical fluency and understanding.
Our 3-5 Math Program employs Eureka's curriculum to guide students through mathematical concepts and enhance comprehension. They will tackle grade-level content aligned with the CCSS, engaging in challenging problem-solving and collaborative discussions to learn from one another.
As a Math Teacher at Mastery, you will establish high expectations paired with comprehensive support, ensuring all students have the opportunity to excel. You will collaborate with our Specialized Services and School Culture teams to provide the necessary support for your students to thrive.
We are committed to Continuous Improvement, fostering your growth as an educator. To support this, we offer a team of Assistant Principals, central-office coaches, and school-based content specialists dedicated to providing coaching and feedback.
