Electronics Inventory Specialist
The Electronics Inventory Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, tracking, and issuance of electrical and electronic components (including SMT, passive and active components, and harnesses) to support our production and engineering teams. This position is vital for maintaining inventory accuracy, adhering to quality and traceability standards (such as ESD protocols and lot/date control), and fostering continuous improvement within our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Monitoring: Proactively track, audit, and manage inventory levels within the warehouse to ensure accuracy. Regularly conduct stock and cycle counts, along with reconciliation processes, to maintain precise inventory data.
- Data Analysis: Utilize analytical skills to interpret inventory data, identify trends, monitor item usage, and forecast demand. Leverage findings to recommend stock adjustments to align with operational requirements while minimizing surplus inventory.
- Warehouse Coordination: Collaborate closely with production teams to guarantee timely and accurate storage, retrieval, and consumption of products. Work together to resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- System Management: Keep the inventory management system updated with real-time data on stock levels, item movements, and production schedules.
