Position Overview
We invite passionate and driven Electronics/Avionics Assembly Technicians to become integral members of our assembly, testing, and troubleshooting team for electronic systems.
This position offers a unique chance to be part of our foundational manufacturing team. We welcome candidates from diverse skill sets—from recent graduates to experienced professionals—and we are committed to providing thorough training to support your success.
What You'll Do
- Assemble and solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) following industry standards.
- Fabricate and terminate cables, wiring harnesses, and connectors for electronic systems.
- Conduct functional testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of electrical and electronic circuits.
- Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
- Utilize test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
- Support engineers in the development and refinement of electronic prototypes and production units.
- Document testing procedures, modifications, and system repairs accurately.
- Contribute to the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and relevant production documentation.
- Follow company and industry quality and safety standards when handling electronic components and assemblies.
What You'll Need

- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in electronics assembly, testing, and troubleshooting; however, we offer comprehensive on-the-job training for motivated entry-level candidates.
