Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate bid specifications and drawings to ensure comprehensive understanding for successful project bids.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to receive and assess bids while collaborating with Project Management teams on budgets and proposals.
- Produce highly accurate estimates in a timely manner, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clarity and alignment with team objectives.
- Utilize strong numerical aptitude to enhance the bid evaluation process.
