We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented sales professional to spearhead growth within the education vertical. In this role, you will manage the entire sales cycle for private and independent schools, establishing connections with mission-driven leaders to deliver technology solutions that foster safer and smarter learning environments.
This is a crucial individual contributor position focused on consultative sales, business development, and building long-lasting partnerships within the independent school market.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the comprehensive sales cycle for i-Tech's IT services tailored to educational institutions.
Identify and engage new business opportunities within private and independent schools across Florida and the Southeastern United States.
Act as the primary liaison for school decision-makers, including Heads of School, Principals, IT Directors, and CFOs.
Strategic Growth Initiatives:
Develop and implement territory plans aimed at surpassing revenue goals.
Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation initiatives and event strategies.
Assess and prioritize opportunities, accurately forecast sales, and maintain pipeline integrity using HubSpot.
Trusted Advisor Role:
Comprehend client objectives and craft IT solutions that align with their educational missions, security requirements, and infrastructure needs.
Participate in industry conferences and conduct on-site meetings as necessary (travel up to 30%).
Stay updated on trends in EdTech, cybersecurity, and the evolving needs of clients.
