We are seeking a passionate E-commerce Manager who has a proven track record of successfully growing online stores. This role requires a deep understanding of conversion strategies and the ability to drive significant results from strategy through to execution. You will play a vital role in localizing, managing, and expanding our online presence across our US stores.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee and enhance us.vilgain.com by optimizing site experience and performance.
Optimize product listings, focusing on SEO and brand voice.
Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and campaigns tailored for specific platforms.
Manage performance tracking, A/B testing, and comprehensive reporting.
Ensure logistics, inventory management, and compliance are effectively handled.
Collaborate closely with our growth, operations, and creative teams based in Europe.
Advocate for the US customer perspective within Vilgain.
Design and enhance the user experience and overall customer journey for the US market.
Lead the localization strategy, from content creation to on-site experience.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns that address local market needs.
Support B2B initiatives and collaborate across various marketing disciplines, including performance, brand, and CRM.
Develop brand communications that resonate with local customers and reflect cultural nuances.
Your Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a similar e-commerce role.
Strong understanding of Shopify, marketplace algorithms, DTC performance, and e-commerce operations.
Analytical mindset, with confidence in data analysis, dashboards, and informed decision-making.
Fluency in English at a native level.
Proactive, independent, and driven by a sense of ownership.
Experience in a startup or fast-growing brand is highly advantageous.
