Your Role at a Glance
We are looking for a commercially savvy and proactive eCommerce Manager to spearhead the growth of our direct-to-consumer digital commerce channel within the beauty and personal care sector. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve profitable online revenue growth through effective digital trading, platform optimization, performance marketing, CRM enhancements, and ongoing improvements in the customer journey.
You will collaborate closely with our Brand, Creative, Product, and Growth teams to manage the daily trading performance of our DTC channel while developing an optimization strategy focused on acquisition, conversion, and retention. Additionally, you will oversee key platform and agency partnerships to ensure that our digital ecosystem is primed for scalability.
This role is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and is comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
