Role Overview: Reporting to the General Manager, the Restaurant Manager supervises a dedicated team of approximately 15-20 crew members. You will ensure that restaurant operations are executed seamlessly during your shifts, providing guests with an exceptional dining experience while maintaining our high standards of service and quality.
Working alongside other Restaurant Managers and Hourly Supervisors, you will support the General Manager in achieving the restaurant’s goals. This role requires flexibility to work day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays. Key responsibilities include employee recruitment and retention, operational improvements, understanding financial statements, operational plans, and cost management. A strong commitment to guest satisfaction and adherence to RJC Principles and Values is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guests: Ensure that all team members prioritize guests, creating a respectful and enjoyable dining environment that encourages repeat business. Take proactive steps to address guest complaints and emphasize the importance of our Guests First Cycle.
- People: Collaborate with the General Manager to attract, hire, develop, coach, and retain hourly staff, fostering a high-performing and engaged team. Create a respectful workplace, promote open communication, assist in recruitment, leverage training programs, and provide constructive feedback.
- Restaurant Operations: Oversee shift operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
