We’re currently on the lookout for a Rental Coordinator at our Carlsbad, NM location. We seek an energetic individual ready to thrive with us and contribute to reshaping the future of construction.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay available after 40 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
At EquipmentShare, we’re redefining the equipment rental experience using our proprietary T3 technology. This platform enables our Rental Coordinators to work efficiently by providing real-time information on every machine and ensuring customers receive the right equipment when they need it.
Respond to incoming leads and assist customers throughout the EquipmentShare rental process.
Grow our customer base by fostering relationships with contractors and construction firms. Educate customers on how EquipmentShare can help them save costs, increase revenue, and optimize operations.
Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure complete satisfaction with our services, keeping them informed about new opportunities to enhance their business.
Promptly address and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or any communications.
Develop innovative sales strategies to expand our market presence and enhance customer experience.
