Are you a motivated and dynamic Rental Consultant ready to enhance our presence in Midtjylland? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team in Jylland!
Do you have the ability to manage rental processes from initial interest through to contract closure? With a strong commercial drive, can you add value to the properties you oversee? Are you customer-oriented and passionate about helping families realize their housing dreams? If so, you might be the perfect fit for the Rental Consultant position at Heimstaden.
As part of our rental team in Region 2 (Fyn and Jylland), you will report to the team leader. You will play a key role in ensuring our rental properties are leased quickly and efficiently while maintaining our high standards of customer service.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Continuous optimization of rental income in close collaboration with asset management, including modernizing our properties.
- Setting rental prices, gathering photographic material, and advertising our properties on relevant platforms.
- Planning and conducting property viewings and open house events.
- Direct customer contact and following up on leads via phone and email.
- Preparing and managing rental contracts and other related administrative tasks.
This is a full-time position requiring 37 hours per week, with expectations to work either Saturday or Sunday. In return, you will receive a fixed weekly day off.
When not on the move, you will meet with the rest of the team at our regional office in Aarhus.
