About The Role:
- Operations serves as the catalyst for change at Fever, aiming for operational excellence across all teams.
- We align business requirements with our technological and operational solutions, overseeing the majority of tools and processes utilized at Fever.
- Our work is project-oriented, encompassing company-wide initiatives (such as expansion) where we take a leading role, as well as improvement projects aimed at providing solutions and enhancing efficiency across various departments.
- In this pivotal position, you will coordinate and lead a team in Madrid, ensuring deadlines are met and appropriate KPIs are set.
- You will engage with all areas of the company, including Sales, Originals, Marketing, and User Support, offering you a unique 360º perspective of a fast-paced and exciting environment.
