We are currently looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to facilitate the smooth operation of our office while providing essential administrative support to our dynamic team.
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dublin 15.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Coordinate office space requirements, including layout modifications.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to both management and senior leadership.
- Assist in the onboarding process and coordination of new team members.
- Maintain and enforce office policies, procedures, and systems.
- Manage office service agreements and foster supplier relationships.
- Organise and maintain various data, spreadsheets, reports, and documentation.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative position.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with various software systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks while assisting with ad-hoc administrative requests.
