We are in search of a proactive Marketing Specialist to drive the implementation of marketing strategies for our Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings, including Skylight and Conductor, along with other products within the epay portfolio. This execution-centric role collaborates closely with an external marketing agency and internal sales teams to guarantee the successful delivery of campaigns, marketing materials, and events.
This position is perfect for a marketing professional who thrives on converting strategic plans into tangible actions, coordinating across various teams, and maintaining a hands-on approach to their work.
Key Responsibilities
Agency & Internal Coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact between our external marketing agency and internal sales teams.
- Comprehend agency-driven strategies and facilitate their internal execution.
- Manage timelines, feedback, and deliverables to ensure initiatives progress smoothly.
- Align sales teams with ongoing marketing programs and provide essential materials.
- Oversee the organization and scheduling of webinars, aiming for 3-4 per year.
- Translate the agency's marketing messages into a cohesive organic presence on social media, especially LinkedIn, with objectives to enhance followers and engagement.
Marketing Materials & Content
- Create and maintain marketing and sales collateral such as presentations, one-pagers, and product summaries.
- Design and update PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external audiences.
- Craft and refine marketing copy for emails, sales enablement, webinars, and campaign materials.
- Assist in simplifying complex technical product concepts into clear, customer-friendly messaging.
Event Management
- Oversee all logistical aspects of marketing events, primarily in the U.S., with some international coordination.
- Support booth planning, vendor management, lead retrieval, and on-site materials.
- Facilitate pre-event preparations and post-event follow-ups.
Technical Product Familiarity
- Develop a solid understanding of our products to ensure accurate and credible marketing execution.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to guarantee content accuracy.
- Maintain an updated sales CRM and ensure all organic leads are captured and qualified.
- Manage outbound CRM campaigns, including crafting campaign copy and materials in collaboration with the sales team.
