We are currently in search of a full-time Marketing Manager who will play an essential role in crafting and implementing innovative marketing strategies that elevate our real estate services and vacation rental offerings. This position is perfect for a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a fervent enthusiasm for real estate, travel, and hospitality marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Formulate comprehensive marketing plans tailored to specific properties and target demographics.
- Identify and utilize diverse marketing channels, including digital, print, social media, email, and events.
- Collaborate with the sales and management departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
Brand Management:
- Uphold and enhance the company’s brand identity across all marketing collateral and communications.
- Conduct market research to monitor industry trends and competitor activities, ensuring Beach Realty maintains its status as a market leader.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee the management and optimization of the company website to ensure a user-friendly experience that drives conversions.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, focusing on SEO, PPC, email, and social media.
- Analyze marketing performance data and implement enhancements based on key metrics.
Content Creation & Management:
- Generate engaging blog posts, videos, articles, and visuals that highlight properties and attract potential clients.
- Manage content distribution while maintaining a consistent publishing schedule.
Budget Management:
- Develop and oversee the marketing budget to ensure effective resource utilization and maximum ROI.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track key performance indicators and deliver regular reports to management regarding campaign outcomes and performance.
