About The Role
Join our innovative team at pavago as a proactive Marketing Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our marketing infrastructure and execution capabilities. This position is geared towards execution and operational excellence.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing data integrity, constructing and auditing prospect lists, supporting campaign frameworks, and ensuring our marketing systems operate efficiently and effectively. Collaborating closely with the VP of Marketing, your mission will be to streamline processes, enhance visibility, and facilitate smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and accuracy of CRM data in Salesforce
- Oversee the structure of the marketing database and its segmentation
- Construct and audit prospect lists utilizing ZoomInfo or similar databases
- Execute mass email campaigns in compliance with regulations
- Develop and maintain competitor tracking databases
- Perform website audits and support SEO-driven content updates
- Create frameworks for campaign tracking and visibility reporting
- Document marketing processes and standardize workflows
- Assist in light content execution, including drafting emails and supporting publishing efforts using Canva
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven Salesforce experience, focusing on data management, segmentation, and reporting
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Account Engagement, HubSpot, or equivalents
- Experience with prospecting databases like ZoomInfo
- Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel
- Track record of maintaining CRM hygiene and marketing databases
- Ability to follow and document standardized processes diligently
Nice to Haves
- Experience working with US-based companies
- Basic understanding of SEO principles
- Familiarity with website CMS
- Experience drafting marketing emails or aiding in content publishing
- Exposure to Canva or similar creative execution tools
30-60-90 Day Success Plan
30 Days:
Get acquainted with the infrastructure, enhance data quality, and manage routine marketing tasks independently.
60 Days:
Your focus will shift to improving systems and taking ownership of daily execution.
90 Days:
Marketing operations will be organized, predictable, and efficient, with you anticipating needs and contributing actively to team improvements.
6-Month Vision
After six months, you will have become the operational backbone of our marketing team, ensuring clean systems, smooth campaign execution, and clear visibility into performance metrics without the need for constant inquiries.
