Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a Key Account Manager to nurture and enhance relationships with our most valuable partners while fostering collaboration with internal teams. The KAM will oversee sales across regions outside the US, meticulously plan upcoming events and new market entries, and optimize existing markets. Additionally, the KAM will be pivotal in developing new revenue streams leveraging our diverse services.
As a Key Account Manager, your responsibilities include:
Overseeing sales for the complete Raketech product portfolio
Cultivating and sustaining long-term relationships
Managing a portfolio of accounts to ensure sustained success
Generating new sales from both existing and prospective customers
Negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profitability
Developing business with existing clients and identifying improvement opportunities
Reporting on weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress
Creating and forecasting sales reports
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
