Upsell & Cross-Sell: Broaden CapTech’s service footprint by introducing new offerings, ensuring the firm is recognized as a vital extension of the client's business.
Expand Opportunities: Identify, pursue, and secure new business avenues within existing accounts, consistently driving year-over-year revenue growth.
Balance Growth & Delivery: Allocate time and focus between business development and oversight of delivery across consulting solutions.
Stay Current: Quickly develop expertise in CapTech’s solutions while maintaining a keen awareness of emerging industry trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
Deliver Value: Transform client needs into innovative solutions that yield measurable business impacts.
Ensure Account Health: Manage the financial and operational aspects of accounts, including margins, forecasting, and resource alignment, ensuring sustainable growth.
