Your expertise will be instrumental in executing high-impact events that not only educate the hardscape community but also showcase our innovative products and foster robust relationships with contractors, distributors, and partners across Canada and the United States.
This position is tailored for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments, have a knack for logistics, and take immense pride in crafting unforgettable experiences that align with our premium brand identity. From initial planning meetings to the final breakdown, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure that every event is meticulously organized, timely, brand-consistent, and delivered to the highest standards.
Throughout the year, you’ll travel extensively and work alongside both internal teams and external partners to orchestrate promotional and educational events aimed at enhancing engagement, driving product adoption, and contributing to our growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will spearhead the planning and execution of events from inception to completion, ensuring seamless coordination across timelines, budgets, vendors, and on-site operations.
- Directly contribute to the advancement of our B2B marketing strategy and brand expansion.
- Establish and nurture strong connections with attendees, partners, sponsors, and vendors.
- Simultaneously manage multiple events while maintaining exemplary organization and attention to detail.
