Role Overview:
Join our client, a rapidly expanding eCommerce company, as a Brand Manager. In this pivotal role, you'll assist the Brand Director and the marketing team in managing daily brand operations, coordinating campaigns, and executing projects.
This position is perfect for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is eager to evolve into a more strategic brand role. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless marketing initiatives by coordinating across various teams, managing timelines, and ensuring that tasks are completed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Account Management
- Facilitate brand onboarding and maintain effective communication with clients.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare agendas for both internal and external discussions.
- Update and maintain client presentations, reports, and project documents.
- Act as a primary contact through email, Slack, and internal communication tools.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure alignment and task completion.
- Assist in brainstorming sessions, take notes, and convert insights into actionable steps.
Marketing Coordination
- Maintain marketing calendars and annual brand roadmaps.
- Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with channel leads for updates across Influencer, Affiliate, Amazon, and Paid Media.
- Conduct basic research on seasonal trends, competitors, and campaign concepts.
- Assist in tracking KPIs, performance reporting, and budget oversight.
Project Management
- Manage tasks within project management platforms (e.g., Asana), ensuring timelines and deliverables are current.
- Create task briefs, assign deliverables, and monitor deadlines across creative and channel teams.
- Oversee asset collection, testing, and delivery to ensure timely project launches.
- Support quality assurance and basic testing for site assets, promotions, and campaign updates.
Qualifications
Essential Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand support, project management, or administrative functions.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
- Experience working with marketing calendars, timelines, or campaign roadmaps.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
