About the Role:
Join our dedicated team as an Appointment Setter, where you'll play a pivotal role in empowering our sales teams by arranging high-quality meetings with potential clients. Your responsibilities will include engaging leads through various channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn, verifying their interest, and efficiently coordinating meetings between prospects and sales representatives. As an Appointment Setter, you will ensure a robust pipeline of qualified appointments that drive sales opportunities forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement:
- Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and messaging from lead lists or incoming queries.
- Verify the prospect's interest and availability prior to scheduling meetings.
- Assess leads against basic qualifying criteria, such as industry, role, needs, and budget.
Scheduling & Coordination:
- Coordinate meetings between prospects and sales representatives using tools like Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, or Google/Outlook calendars.
- Manage time zone discrepancies to ensure precise scheduling.
- Send confirmations, reminders, and facilitate rescheduling as necessary.
CRM & Data Management:
- Record all interactions in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Maintain lead statuses and notes with accurate details.
- Ensure records of appointments and their outcomes are current and clean.
Collaboration:
- Work alongside Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives to focus on target prospects.
- Provide comprehensive handoffs with insights into prospect needs.
- Share feedback from calls and emails to improve outreach strategies.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor key metrics including calls made, emails sent, appointments set, and show rates.
- Identify areas for improvement, such as low show rates, and suggest enhancements.

- Excellent communicator, adept at engaging through phone, email, and chat.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring no missed confirmations or double bookings.
- Persistent and resilient, capable of overcoming rejections with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle a high volume of interactions while maintaining professionalism.
Essential Experience & Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Proficient with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and scheduling tools (Calendly, Chili Piper).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple calendars and navigate time zones effectively.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Experience working with SDR/BDR teams in fast-paced environments.
