Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and client-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, ensuring the establishment of robust, enduring relationships and the successful execution of our services. You will also play a crucial role in pinpointing new business opportunities and upselling additional services to elevate client satisfaction and drive company profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for assigned client accounts.
- Foster and strengthen trusted relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Comprehend client requirements and objectives to guarantee timely and successful delivery of customized solutions.
- Identify and promote relevant products and services to existing clients to enhance their business value.
- Uncover new business opportunities within current accounts and identify areas for enhancement.
- Track key account metrics and maintain precise reporting on account performance.
- Communicate updates on monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Compile and present comprehensive reports on account performance and health.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Proactively address client requests, concerns, and escalations, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Implement client and staff retention strategies to promote organic growth and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a comparable client-facing role.
- A solid foundation in project management; experience in recruitment is advantageous.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
