We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Account Manager to drive the growth of existing accounts. In this pivotal role, you will identify new growth opportunities within your client portfolio, enhance relationships with existing customers, and stimulate revenue growth through effective account management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Expansion: Actively engage with current customers to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities, utilizing the full range of Kaseya’s product offerings to enhance revenue.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring customer satisfaction while aligning their needs with our innovative solutions.
- Strategic Sales Execution: Craft tailored strategies for each account, including regular check-ins and business reviews, to identify new opportunities and navigate challenges.
- Manage Adoption Metrics: Track customer engagement, proactively resolving adoption issues and adhering to established sales processes to implement cross-sell, upsell, and expansion strategies.
- Revenue Growth: Own your sales targets, consistently surpassing quotas while delivering exceptional value to clients and contributing to both short-term and long-term revenue strategies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to leverage resources and insights for better client outcomes.
