Your Role
We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our New York team. In this key full-time position, you will manage relationships with around 80 clients, acting as the main liaison for all post-sale success, renewals, and growth opportunities. As our business scales, your role will be crucial in delivering outstanding customer experiences, fostering product adoption, and enhancing long-term client value.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
- Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of approximately 80 accounts.
- Drive customer activation, adoption, and ongoing success across all assigned accounts.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and lead commercial discussions.
- Develop strong relationships with investment teams, understanding their workflows and requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to communicate customer insights.
- Streamline internal processes and share best practices throughout the team.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and account health metrics.
