Your Role
We are on the lookout for ambitious sales professionals eager to make their mark in the $100 trillion payments landscape. Having successfully transitioned from a founder-led to a sales-driven model, you will be part of a high-performing team focused on refining and replicating our successful sales strategies. Our efforts target both the B2B mid-market and Fortune 500 companies.
This role offers the potential for growth into strategic sales or leadership of a specific region or sector. This is a pivotal career opportunity with limitless potential, requiring tenacity, creativity, critical thinking, and a robust skill set in sales, including discovery, consensus-building, multithreading, and closing deals. You will report directly to the Director of Sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify suitable prospects through your network, outreach initiatives (including online and conferences), and various data sources.
- Schedule meetings, conduct effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the entire sales cycle to secure new business.
- Meet sales targets by thoroughly assessing customer needs and adhering to a defined sales process, which includes presentations, product demonstrations, negotiations, and finalizing legal agreements.
- Prepare professional, comprehensive, and accurate internal reports, as well as external materials such as case studies, slide decks, proposals, and other documentation required for executive-level presentations (graphic design skills are not a prerequisite).
- Experiment with and implement new tools, metrics, and campaigns while collaborating cross-functionally with the founding team.
About You
- You possess 1-3 years of experience in quota-carrying B2B sales, showcasing a proven track record of success.
