We are on the lookout for a passionate Account Executive who can identify client opportunities and drive new business growth. You will oversee the entire sales cycle — from initial prospecting and discovery to solution development and closing — always prioritizing the client's best interests. Key Responsibilities
Territory Ownership & Prospecting
- Take charge of and actively manage a designated portfolio of clients.
- Research accounts to identify triggers, buying centers, and untapped opportunities.
- Strategically prioritize accounts based on potential, readiness, and compatibility.
- Develop a robust, reliable pipeline that aligns with the ideal customer profile.
Customer Engagement & Discovery
- Engage in in-depth discovery conversations with decision-makers and influencers.
- Establish connections across functions and engage with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Gain insights into client needs, challenges, budgets, and success metrics.
- Travel approximately 40% of the time for face-to-face client meetings.
Solutioning, Negotiation & Closing
- Consult with clients to provide customized recruitment solutions.
- Craft compelling value propositions for each account.
- Negotiate effectively and consistently close new business, achieving or surpassing quotas.
- Maintain disciplined follow-ups to ensure predictable deal progression.
Forecasting & Pipeline Management
- Deliver accurate forecasts with complete transparency regarding risks and opportunities.
- Ensure consistency in top-of-funnel activities to prevent pipeline gaps.
- Clearly communicate pipeline status to management.
Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence
- Create and implement a strategic territory plan.
- Document and share competitive intelligence and market insights.
- Provide structured feedback to product and marketing teams informed by client needs.
Team Contribution & Leadership
- Coach, collaborate, and support colleagues by sharing insights and best practices.
- Proactively address challenges beyond defined responsibilities.
- Lead initiatives that enhance team capabilities and align with company objectives.
