About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Account Executive with a strong history of achieving sales success to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on strategic new business sales and market expansion specifically in the light industrial, hospitality, and retail sectors. You will oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead management to qualification, customer evaluation, and closing new deals.
The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, a relentless drive for success, and a consultative, customer-focused sales approach.
Articulate a compelling business case for WorkWhile through a consultative sales strategy.
Foster collaborative relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.
Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective prospecting, qualifying, and closing of new opportunities.
Collaborate with account management, operations, and sales development teams to drive revenue growth.
About You
3-5+ years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
Experience in enterprise sales is a plus.
Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales targets.
Ability to analyze accounts to identify multiple decision-makers.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders via phone or video conferencing.
Strategic thinker with the capacity to comprehend industry and customer trends and apply insights to foster business results.
