Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for all Dutch-speaking clients.
- Engage with customers swiftly, empathetically, and effectively through phone calls, emails, and online chats.
- Provide recommendations and solutions for common technical issues and frequently asked questions.
- Collaborate effectively within a team, fostering positive relationships with colleagues.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch.
- At least B1 level proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong multitasking abilities, with effective time management skills.
- Excellent phone communication skills and active listening capabilities.
