Join our production team as a DSP Technician specializing in the purification of recombinant proteins produced at scale under GMP conditions. You will work under the guidance of the team leader and take part in various purification activities within a pharmaceutical production environment utilizing single-use equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation for Purification Activities:
- Qualification of equipment and ensuring the availability of buffers and materials.
- Drafting manufacturing recipes: Inputting production parameters into a computerized system (quantities, durations, temperature guidelines, addition sequences, etc.) to facilitate automatic or semi-automatic execution of production recipes.
- Line clearance, organization, and maintenance of the production area in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and internal procedures.
- Cleaning and packaging of purification columns.
Execution of Purification Activities:
- Setting up single-use production kits.
- Conducting DSP operations manually or through computerized recipes.
- Implementing chromatographic techniques, depth filtration, tangential flow filtration, and dialysis.
- Maintaining traceability related to activities performed in connection with the batch records.
- Documenting deviations as necessary.
- Maintaining the production area.
Monitoring DSP Production Activities:
- Reviewing work sheets and post-activity reports.
- Compiling data and participating in technical investigations.
This role will involve rotating shifts (morning/afternoon) and will report directly to the DSP team leader.
