About the Role
As the Head of User Acquisition, you will spearhead the transformation of our User Acquisition strategies across the organization. You will manage a high-performance department that provides UA-as-a-Service to our various product teams. Your role involves centralizing operations, enhancing efficiencies, and formulating a cohesive strategy for all paid traffic channels. You will mentor and manage a talented team of UA Managers, while serving as a strategic and operational liaison between product development, creative design, and analytics. This is a pivotal leadership position ideal for an individual who excels in complex, data-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and lead a centralized User Acquisition Department for our subscription products.
Formulate and oversee the comprehensive UA strategy across diverse platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
Create scalable processes, standard operating procedures, testing frameworks, and robust reporting systems.
Develop and implement UA OKRs/KPIs to measure success at both departmental and individual levels.
Mentor and manage a team of cross-platform UA Managers embedded within various product teams.
Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation processes within the UA function.
Cultivate a high-performance culture that encourages collaboration, talent development, and growth.
Manage substantial budgets across all platforms and products, ensuring favorable CAC and positive ROAS.
Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives informed by LTV:CAC ratios, retention metrics, onboarding conversion rates, and ARPU.
Collaborate with data science teams to enhance advanced analytics and attribution models.
Oversee the testing roadmap, including A/B tests, geo-expansion strategies, channel scaling, and creative enhancements.
