Key Responsibilities
As the Director of Taxation and Structuring, you will spearhead the evolution of our corporate structure, acting as a fundamental architect of our international growth strategy. Your role will involve optimizing our structural framework for both operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate closely with our leadership and Board of Directors to navigate the complexities inherent in a rapidly-growing, regulated financial ecosystem. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Leading Structural Strategy - Overseeing the redesign of the Group’s architecture to facilitate long-term strategic growth and expansion across multiple jurisdictions.
Regulatory Compliance - Ensuring that our tax framework remains stable and robust in line with evolving regulations while identifying and mitigating structural and supervisory risks.
Global Transfer Pricing -Developing and executing a transfer pricing model that accurately reflects our capital allocation and risk management across international markets.
