What We Are Seeking
As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will take charge of our comprehensive hiring strategy, which spans from executive leadership to highly technical roles. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate a top-tier recruiting function that supports rapid company growth while upholding our rigorous standards for talent acquisition.
In close collaboration with the Head of People, founders, and the leadership team, your mission will be to align business priorities with hiring objectives, earning trust as a strategic partner, and ensuring we consistently attract and secure elite talent. You will spearhead critical executive searches while also designing the frameworks, processes, and teams necessary for sustainable hiring growth.
This role demands a builder's mindset, a strong executive presence, and a high level of technical recruiting expertise, along with the ability to navigate ambiguity. You will be accountable for the hiring outcomes and the long-term talent framework of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Search & Leadership Hiring: Lead the executive and senior leadership hiring process, personally managing critical searches and collaborating with external search firms. Work alongside founders and hiring managers to define roles, assess candidates, and close hires while establishing the standard for executive recruitment across the organization.
Building Recruiting Infrastructure: Develop and implement scalable recruiting systems and processes to support the company's growth objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on talent strategies and organizational goals.
