The Role
We are looking for a passionate Director of Strategic Partnerships to spearhead and expand our pivotal relationship with Snowflake, one of Sigma's key ecosystem partners. This senior leadership role is essential for driving collaborative co-selling initiatives, boosting joint pipeline growth, and achieving revenue outcomes attributed to partnerships.
The ideal candidate will possess substantial credibility within the Snowflake ecosystem, demonstrate a general management mindset, and excel at turning strategic visions into actionable plans. You will be tasked with influencing results at all levels, from Snowflake executives to account teams, while ensuring cohesive internal collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Partnerships.
This position is on-site in San Francisco or New York City and reports directly to the Senior Director of Partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the comprehensive Snowflake partnership strategy, including priorities, investment focus, and go-to-market execution.
- Act as the primary business owner for the Snowflake partnership, with direct accountability for partner-attributed and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
- Develop and implement scalable co-sell programs that generate top-of-funnel demand and measurable revenue outcomes.
- Lead collaborative business planning with Snowflake, including quarterly planning sessions, execution oversight, and executive-level reviews.
- Promote strong alignment between Sigma sellers and Snowflake account teams through enablement strategies, playbooks, and active engagement on deals.
- Serve as the escalation point for Snowflake-related deal strategies, executive alignment, and resolution of partner conflicts.
- Establish and nurture trusted relationships with Snowflake’s Partner, Sales, and Field Leadership, effectively influencing seller behaviors in live deals.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Operations to operationalize partnership initiatives with Snowflake.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to lead joint campaigns, events, and initiatives that support co-selling and pipeline objectives.
