- Leading the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while promoting and selling our products.
- Staying informed about the store's strengths, opportunities, and competitors, possessing a strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.
- Analyzing sales performance, setting objectives, and creating plans to optimize results, profits, and stock levels.
- Effectively managing store planning and maintenance, aligning with sales budgets and commercial priorities.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and developing your team while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture that encourages growth and innovation.
- Keeping up with fashion trends and customer preferences to maintain a competitive edge.
- Representing yourself and our brand positively in all customer interactions.
- Ensuring an outstanding overall customer experience by actively promoting our loyalty program (Hello Member).
