ServiceNow is in an exciting growth phase across the Americas and is seeking a dynamic and experienced Services Sales Leader to spearhead our Professional and Strategic Services division. This pivotal role comes with specific booking and revenue targets and will be instrumental in extending ServiceNow’s reach through transformative, value-driven service engagements, all leveraging the capabilities of the ServiceNow AI Platform.
In this role, you will lead a high-achieving team while acting as a strategic cornerstone within our Customer Excellence Group (CEG). Your influence will span various functions to enhance customer adoption, retention, and realization of value. You will play a key role in achieving our mission: to ensure that ServiceNow is recognized as the best procurement decision made by our customers.
This position transcends mere growth; it focuses on the integration of AI and business transformation. You will be tasked with negotiating large, intricate, and transformational service-led agreements with key strategic customers while mentoring your team to cultivate similar skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the commercial sales strategy for Services (Professional Services and Customer Success), working closely with Field Sales, Partners, and Marketing to ensure a cohesive “land-and-expand” approach.
- Lead the development and closure of business and technology-driven transformational, end-to-end service deals that enhance customer relationships and expedite business value realization.
- Mentor and coach your team to effectively identify, shape, scope, and close complex service engagements, fostering long-term capabilities across the region.
- Take ownership of and achieve defined services booking and revenue targets within the commercial business.
- Drive consistent forecasting, pipeline growth, and operational discipline to ensure predictable bookings, margins, and revenue while qualifying opportunities and scoping.
- Recruit, nurture, and lead a high-performing go-to-market (GTM) team emphasizing coaching, development, quota achievement, and participation performance.
- Collaborate with field teams on opportunity qualification, pipeline health, territory planning, and account strategies.
- Establish deep, trusted relationships with customer C-suite executives and internal stakeholders across functions.
- Work closely with Services Sales Pre-Sales, Services Delivery, Product Management, Customer Success, and Field Sales.
- Ensure effective utilization of AI by team members to drive enhanced customer outcomes through AI and AI agents.
