Position Overview:
As the Director of Sales Training at WFS Group, you will play a pivotal role in our talent activation strategy. You will oversee the comprehensive learning journey for new sales hires and facilitate ongoing performance enhancements across the organization. Your mission will be to ensure that every sales representative is not merely trained, but equipped, battle-ready, and consistently advancing in their skills.
This role is not for the faint-hearted. It requires a high-impact, ownership-driven leader who will be responsible for developing, refining, and implementing systems that transform raw talent into top-tier revenue generators. You will create onboarding frameworks, manage continuous training sessions, analyze call performance at scale, and refine the training ecosystem using actionable performance data.
You will serve as the critical link between strategy and execution, translating sales theory into actionable behaviors that yield measurable revenue results across all brands and accounts we manage.
