About the job
As the Director of Sales Training and Excellence, you will take charge of the operational and conceptual expansion of our Sales Academy, with a strong emphasis on training strategy, performance enhancement, and the development of top trainers. In this pivotal role, you will lead a dedicated team of trainers across Germany and report directly to the Director of the Sales Academy.
- Team Leadership & Development: You will manage a growing nationwide team of sales trainers, fostering their development and ensuring the exceptional execution of our learning formats, from onboarding to leadership training.
- Implementation of Strategic Initiatives: You will execute key development and enablement initiatives defined in collaboration with the Director of the Sales Academy, ensuring measurable impacts within our sales structures.
- Performance-Based Training Management: You will continuously analyze KPIs and sales performance data, including team leads, to develop a data-driven training system that serves as an early warning system for developmental needs.
- Training Design & Delivery: You will oversee the creation of effective learning formats (in-person, online, hybrid) and ensure that training sessions and workshops developed by your team are practical, inspiring, and scalable for our sales teams.
- Collaboration with Relevant Departments: You will work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and Product teams to ensure that all development measures align with current business needs.
- Quality Assurance & Innovation: You will be responsible for the quality, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of all training measures within your area.
