Position Overview
The Director of Revenue Operations is a vital role within Entyre, integral to our operational success. This position transcends traditional billing management; you will spearhead the revenue engine that supports our capacity to scale care. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring accuracy, compliance, visibility, and efficiency from claim generation through reimbursement and cash collection. You will oversee the entire revenue cycle across multiple states, designing the necessary infrastructure including workflows, reporting, controls, and team management. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will both architect scalable systems and engage with detailed processes—analyzing denials, stress-testing procedures, and intervening when reimbursement is jeopardized. Collaboration with Finance and Operations is essential, and you will report directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Entyre’s comprehensive revenue cycle across all operational states—from claim initiation to reimbursement and cash collection.
- Engage actively in operations: scrutinize claims workflows, investigate denials, identify issues early, and expedite resolutions when cash flow is threatened.
- Continuously refine claims submission, denial management, medical coding supervision, accounts receivable, and reimbursement processes.
- Convert state-specific billing requirements into standardized, scalable workflows that support accelerated expansion.
- Utilize your technical and analytical expertise to enhance automation, data integrity, and operational efficiency throughout the revenue cycle.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools that offer insights into billing performance, denial rates, reimbursement timelines, accounts receivable aging, and cash flow—leveraging these insights weekly to drive execution.
- Identify and rectify revenue leakage, process inefficiencies, and compliance risks that may hinder reimbursement.
- Ensure billing compliance across multi-state operations with stringent process controls, thorough documentation, and audit preparedness.
- Oversee accounts receivable performance and optimize collections cycles to enhance cash flow velocity.
- Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing billing team, establishing clear accountability and high standards through hands-on involvement.
