What You Will Do
Become a key player in an iconic brand that aims to transform the electric pick-up truck and rugged SUV market by:
- Leading and managing a team of engineers focused on the development, assembly, and testing of mule, prototype, and pre-series vehicles.
- Fostering a collaborative, results-oriented team culture that promotes effective communication and knowledge sharing.
- Creating and executing project plans for prototype and pre-series vehicle programs, ensuring timely delivery through organized timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinating the assembly and integration of prototype vehicles, ensuring cross-functional cooperation with engineering teams and validation teams to maintain design specifications and quality standards.
- Overseeing the installation and testing of experimental components and systems on prototype vehicles.
- Ensuring compliance of prototype and pre-series vehicles with all relevant safety and environmental regulations, including an accepted camouflage concept.
