We are in search of a Director of Patient Access who will spearhead, expand, and upgrade our high-volume patient engagement operations. In this pivotal role, you will drive the engine behind our growth, ensuring that every patient interaction—whether initiated by the patient or our outreach—is a seamless, high-conversion experience that marries compassionate service with impressive commercial outcomes.
Reporting directly to the Vice President, you will lead a team of leaders tasked with enhancing revenue through patient enrollment, optimizing a sizable non-exempt workforce, and transforming our traditional call center into a modern, multi-channel engagement hub where technology enables our team to excel.
This is a full-time remote position, eligible for comprehensive benefits and bonuses. Candidates should be prepared to work on a Central or Pacific Time schedule. The salary range for this role is $130,000–$160,000 based on experience.
