We're looking for a Director of Partnerships & Vendor Management to lead the development and implementation of our partner ecosystem, which is critical to the success of our core products. This pivotal role is part of the Product Leadership team and will drive our partnership strategy to enhance product innovation, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Your Role
As the Director of Partnerships & Vendor Management, you will collaborate with senior leadership across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Operations to strategically develop partnerships that align with Dave's growth objectives and the evolving payments and banking landscape. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing relationships with key vendors while assessing existing partnerships to ensure they continue to meet our business goals.
Additionally, you will play a significant role in senior leadership discussions, providing insights that shape product direction and execution. You will lead and mentor a dedicated team of partnership and relationship managers, driving their efforts to align with our overarching strategy and deliver measurable outcomes for the organization.
