Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development:
- Recruit, guide, and cultivate a dynamic partnerships team, ensuring clarity in direction, coaching, and accountability.
- Establish objectives, define roles, and set operational rhythms that empower the team to achieve high performance consistently.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members through ongoing feedback, performance evaluations, and opportunities for professional growth.
- Encourage a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous enhancement across the partnerships division.
- Relationship Development & Management:
- Work closely with your team to maintain and strengthen relationships with essential partners, collaborators, and industry stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, serving as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external organizations.
- Partnership Strategy & Growth:
- Co-create and implement an extensive partnership strategy tailored for each of our key industries, aligning with Ottimate’s strategic goals and growth plans.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Customer Success to synchronize joint initiatives and ensure smooth execution.
- Relay partnership priorities and insights to leadership, contributing to strategic planning and overarching company objectives.
- Brand Representation:
- Serve as the face of the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings, embodying our mission and value proposition.
Qualifications:

Proven Leadership & Team Management:
- Demonstrated experience in building, leading, and scaling high-achieving partnerships or alliances teams.

Partnership & Business Acumen:
- A robust track record in creating, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships that yield measurable business outcomes. Preferred: 8+ years in partnerships.
- Experience in negotiating complex partnership agreements and aligning diverse stakeholder interests.
