About the Role
We are on the lookout for a Senior Director to spearhead and expand our Paid Media initiatives at ZoomInfo. This visionary leader will leverage our robust B2B foundation and infuse it with a consumer-centric growth mindset that embraces rapid experimentation, creative excellence, audience-first strategies, and operational brilliance.
This is a pivotal role focused on building. You will define the operational framework for our paid channels, significantly increase testing velocity, and revolutionize our approach to performance marketing in a modern, iterative, high-output manner.

What You’ll Own
1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution
Oversee all paid media channels:
- Search
- Paid Social
- Display / Programmatic
- Review Sites
- Retargeting
- Emerging Platforms
Apply a B2C growth perspective:
- High-volume creative testing
- Micro-segmented audiences
- Fast, iterative experimentation
- Ongoing message and offer variation
- Manage multi-million-dollar budgets prudently while facilitating smart, rapid testing
- Develop channel playbooks and standards to enhance execution quality organization-wide.
2. Experimentation & Testing Velocity
Establish a centralized experimentation engine for Paid Media.
Define explicit processes for:
- Hypothesis creation
- Test design
- Quality Assurance & launch
- Rapid measurement
- Scale-or-kill decisions
- Enhance testing velocity across creative assets, landing pages, audiences, offers, and channels
- Minimize friction by introducing templates, modular workflows, and streamlined approvals
- Advocate for the use of Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, and others) to transform paid media execution—facilitating personalization at scale and rapid creative iterations.
