We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations and Business Development to lead our initiatives at Nuun Recruiting Staffing Services. This pivotal role involves driving business development strategies through comprehensive opportunity analysis and identification on both domestic and global levels.
- Lead business development efforts, including thorough opportunity analysis and identification on both domestic and international fronts.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and partners, focusing on both new engagements and renewals.
- Manage a diverse range of projects, from small-scale to large-scale initiatives, with an emphasis on on-site project management.
- Provide oversight in safety engineering, including Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Safety Case development, Siting Studies, Risk Analysis, and Firefighting Philosophies.
- Oversee Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Engineering, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Safety Management Systems.
- Manage security and threat/risk assessments, including international extractions.
- Engage in social responsibility initiatives, particularly in integrating international workforces.
- Oversee brand management on both domestic and global scales.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective stakeholders.
- Conduct budget forecasting and control to ensure financial health.
- Supervise the development and submission of bids and proposals.
- Lead internal and external audits and inspections.
- Participate in marketing activities, including lectures, presentations, and networking events.
- Maintain positive stakeholder relationships and communication.
