Location: This position is based in Dubai, with operations conducted from our Dubai office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an expert in implementing and configuring accesso systems from a business requirements perspective for ticketing, access control, and integrated visitor services.
- Consult with clients on optimizing the use of accesso technology to effectively manage business processes across various departments, including IT, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
- Lead and actively contribute to project implementation through all phases, including requirements gathering, design, development, implementation, testing, and production deployment. This involves conducting client workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, which may include local team members, developers, third-party vendors, consultants, and clients.
- Prepare comprehensive system implementation documentation based on project status, including interface design, functional requirements matrix, and testing plans.
- Oversee and, in some instances, actively engage in software support for clients.
