Join Wise as the Director of KYC Vendor Management in Tallinn, where you will be a key leader within our Global Vendor Management team. This pivotal role will oversee the KYC Vendor Management team, working closely with outsourcing vendors to ensure exceptional service delivery and performance outcomes.
As the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and our vendors, you will have the unique opportunity to leverage your expertise to support Wise’s mission of facilitating seamless money movement across borders. - Performance Management: Ensure vendor accountability through the creation of detailed scorecards, the development of KPIs, and ongoing performance monitoring, including leading improvement plans to meet quality metrics.
- Financial Management: Oversee the complete financial lifecycle, including cost forecasting, invoice reconciliation, and actively participating in negotiations to optimize expenses and track unit economics.
- Risk & Compliance: Maintain oversight of risk management and contract lifecycles, ensuring compliance with Third Party policies, Business Continuity Plans, and audit standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main escalation point between Wise and its vendors, cultivating strong internal cooperation and managing vendor responses during critical situations.
