ABOUT BURGA
BURGA has evolved from a modest 7m² flat with just one printer in 2015 to a global brand with over 3 million customers and 10 million products sold, boasting a revenue projection exceeding 130 million in 2025. Our products have garnered attention from some of the world's most prominent celebrities, including Taylor Swift, Cara Delevingne, and Lucy Hale.
Our mission is to elevate everyday items into fashionable accessories. To accommodate our rapid growth, we are constructing a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Kaunas with an investment of 10 million euros, intended to produce 40,000 items daily.
With aspirations to become a unicorn and a team of over 400 dedicated individuals, you will be joining a dynamic organization that is redefining industry standards.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
As we embark on the next phase of our growth, BURGA is focused on enhancing manufacturing, bolstering our global e-commerce platform, and establishing a more structured organizational framework. Technology will be pivotal in this transformation.
In the role of Director of IT, you will step into a crucial stage of our journey: guiding the transition from a rapidly expanding, somewhat fragmented technology environment to a cohesive, strategically aligned systems architecture. Your primary responsibility will be to establish a robust foundation that supports international growth, operational effectiveness, and long-term scalability.
Your responsibilities: You will spearhead BURGA’s IT initiatives with a strong emphasis on enterprise systems, integrations, data infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Your goal is to ensure that essential platforms—encompassing e-commerce, customer support, ERP, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics—operate harmoniously to facilitate business processes. You will define and implement the enterprise systems roadmap, aiming for automation, dependable integrations, and scalable workflows that minimize manual labor and enhance efficiency. Collaborating closely with leadership and operational teams, you will ensure that technology supports quicker, more informed, and data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
A significant focus will be on enhancing end-to-end process efficiency (Order - ERP - WMS/MES - Shipping - Returns - Finance), reducing manual interventions, minimizing errors, and expediting operational cycles.
