High-Performance Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor the admissions sales team using consultative sales methodologies.
Competitive Intelligence Analysis: Conduct comparative studies on academic offerings, pricing, and benefits of local competitors to refine the sales message.
Budget Management and Sustainability: Oversee collections and fund management to ensure operational viability of campuses during maturation phases.
Academic Cost Optimization: Analyze and control student costs, optimizing faculty utilization and administrative resources without compromising quality.
Launch Roadmap Design: Create and execute the commercial timeline for the project, including pre-sale milestones, inaugural events, and early recruitment campaigns.
Portfolio Management (Collections): Implement strategies to reduce attrition due to financial reasons and enhance cash flow.
